Buds in Bloom | Bourgeons en Éclat, non-profit children organization, is looking for a volunteer with proficiency in fundraising to complement our Fundraising team. 

Responsibilities include 1- proposing a sponsorship strategies, and 2- securing sponsors, funding and revenue using a sponsorship form and other proven strategies.

Having an ease and proven results in securing sponsors, funding and revenue, and strong communication with stakeholders, superior and Board members are required.

The change you will bring with your volunteering is raised awareness about the cause, while facilitating relief, hope and empowerment to families living with a child at risk for or who has a disability.

Time Commitment: 30- to 60-minute meetings are held in person and/ or by telephone or video-conferencing on a weekly or by-monthly basis, and as needed. Email communications in between meetings are also used as needed. The minimum time commitment over seven months is about 60 hours or 2 hours per week. Scheduling is flexible. A long term part time mandate is preferred. Letter of reference and attestation of hours worked available upon request after first term is completed.

Proficiency in strategically using sponsorship document and other communication means.
Excellence in trouble shooting during development, design, testing and campaign launch.
Efficiency in using Instagram, Facebook and Wordpress, an asset.
Monthly reporting to the supervisor or Board members.
Certification or Education Required
Fundraising or equivalent/ relevant experience
