Puget Sound Project Management Volunteers (PSPMV) is dedicated to supporting 501c(3) non-profits and charities in the Puget Sound region by offering pro bono project management services and affordable workshops. Established three years ago, PSPMV was founded as a branch of PMV with the aim of enhancing the operational efficiency and effectiveness of charitable organizations. PMV, based in Vancouver, Canada, provides on-going support as required.

As the Executive Director of PSPMV, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, managing operations, and driving the organization towards achieving its mission. 
Key responsibilities include:
•	Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies to expand PSPMV's impact and reach within the Puget Sound community.
•	Program Management: Oversee the delivery of pro bono project management services and workshops, ensuring they meet the needs of non-profit partners and volunteers.
•	Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with non-profit and social profit organizations, volunteers, donors, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and support for PSPMV's initiatives.
•	Financial Management: Manage the organization's budget, fundraising efforts, and financial sustainability, including grant applications and donor cultivation.
•	Team Leadership: Provide direction and support to PSPMV's volunteers, fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and accountability. 
•	Networking and Collaboration: Establish connections with board members at PMV, leveraging resources to further PSPMV's mission and objectives.
•	Advocacy and Awareness: Represent PSPMV in the community, advocating for the importance of project management in the non-profit sector and raising awareness of PSPMV's services.

Ideal Candidates
The ideal candidate for the role of Executive Director at PSPMV will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
•	Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within a non-profit organization, with a track record of successfully managing programs, teams, and budgets.
•	Strategic Vision: Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive organizational growth and impact.
•	Extensive Non-profit Experience: Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience working within the non-profit sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of its unique challenges, opportunities, and best practices.
•	Project Management Expertise: Bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of project lifecycle management, risk assessment, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
•	Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including non-profits, volunteers, donors, and community partners.
•	Financial Acumen: Experience in financial management, including budgeting, fundraising, and grant writing.
•	Passion for the Mission: A commitment to PSPMV's mission of supporting non-profits and charities in the Puget Sound region.
Estimated Time Commitment
-	Volunteer at least 10 hours per week, virtual
-	Minimum commitment of 24 months is required
