Lawyer advisor for non-profit organization

Description: The Lawyer advisor for non-profit organization will provide legal advice and guidance to our organization to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. 
Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and guidance to the management team 
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Assist in reviewing and updating legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies.
Advise on our partnerships with for-profit companies in relation to our programs and services.
Assist in drafting policies and procedures
Conduct legal research and analysis
Participate in meetings with staff and board of directors
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of legal matters
Provide training to staff and board members on relevant legal issues
Assist with legal matters related to fundraising and donor relations
Qualifications:
Licensed attorney with experience in non-profit law
Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to non-profit organizations
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
