The Volunteer Team Coordinator works with a team to manage the day-to-day operations of the Team Experience office, as well as the administration of the Team Experience policies, procedures, and programs. The Adult Volunteer team handles staff relations, training and development, and unpaid employment.
*Responsibilities and Duties

    Staff Lifecycle which may or may not include;

    Applicant tracking

    Scheduling interviews

    Conducting interviews

    Onboarding staff

    Training staff

    Offboarding staff

    Policy development and documentation

    Staff relationship management

    Company-employee communication

    Employee safety, welfare, and wellness education

    Creating presentations

    Creating forms/contracts/documents, etc.
