Vice President ✔

Make a difference in your community and let your name stand to be elected to our Board of Directors. Board members are elected at the 2024 Annual General Meeting in May. Once elected, the directors then appoint positions such as Vice President from amongst themselves. 

Once appointed, the Vice President will be responsible for acting as the President in the President's absence and helps assist the President with regular duties when needed.

The Vice President will be required to attend monthly board meeting visioning sessions that usually take place the second or last Tuesday evening of each month (excluding August and December). This volunteer board member position will entail 3-5 hours each month which includes 1.5hrs per meeting, and monthly email dialogue/prep.

Please Note: That in volunteering for this position you are letting your name stand for election at the upcoming 2024 AGM being held in May. There are currently 6 serving directors of a maximum 11, meaning directors are often elected by acclamation. You MUST be a member of Wildsight Kimberley Cranbrook to be eligible for election.

KEY TRAITS
We are looking for someone who is comfortable leading meetings in person and online, and passionate about environmental issues.
