Volunteer Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Workshop Facilitator

KCR Community Resources is seeking passionate and dedicated volunteer facilitators to lead our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) workshops. As a facilitator, you will play a crucial role in fostering understanding and dialogue on important DEI topics within our community. 

Responsibilities: 

- Follow and present the prepared workshop content.
Only facilitation is required- logistics (such as setup, registration, and participant communication) and the workshop content will be provided by KCR staff.
- Share your personal anecdotes and expertise in relation to the DEI concepts discussed.
- Encourage open dialogue and create a safe space for participants to share their perspectives throughout the workshop.
- Offer constructive feedback and guidance to participants on their learning journey.

Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
- Facilitation experience in workshops, seminars, or training sessions.
- Commitment to promoting a respectful and inclusive environment.
- Passion for supporting community organizations and promoting their sustainability.
