- Check the boutique for the stock, based on the client information begin to find suggested outfits - Ensure dressing rooms are clean & clear of clothes/accessories - Ensure Mirrors are clean - Maintain tidy areas at all times - Greet the client by name, introduce yourself & what your role is - Create an engaging conversation – the goal is to make the client feel at home! - Find suitable accessories as available or suggest additional resources as appropriate - Check the referral appointments, familiarize the information such as name, interview/employment information and any additional background - Ensure that clients receive professional clothing and a significant confidence boost. - Work with the clothing committee on replenishment of stock, organization of clothing - Assist in initiatives to increase the number of women receiving services. - Complete all appropriate paperwork - Confirm date of client Interview, schedule a follow up call - Maintain a connection with the client after the 1st appointment to book them back in for a 2nd appointment.
On the job training is provided to learn how to facilitate the appointment. In addition, all volunteers have access to the online training skills development program
Qualifications: • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Social Media • Experience in working with diverse groups of people • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral • Must enjoy working with people and have a friendly demeanor
