Help is needed: Mask Sewing
People in your neighbourhood need your help.
WILD Outside is a national conservation-based youth leadership program designed for youth ages 15 to 18. By participating in this immersive program, young Canadians will experience opportunities for personal growth while developing and encouraging their own “conservation ethic.” Learning from CWF facilitators alongside their peers, youth who join the WILD Outside program will connect with other local participants in the planning and delivery of community-based conservation action projects in their own community. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we changed our program format a bit. We have moved our speaker series online, and are running our conservation projects and outdoor activities physically distanced or online and with other safety precautions in place.

You are never too young to make a difference – especially when it comes to the positive impact you can have on the natural world around you, our wildlife and natural spaces across Canada. At the Canadian Wildlife Federation, young people often ask us, “How can I get involved and what can I do to help the planet?” When you are aged 15 to 18, the answer is simple: become part of the CWF WILD Outside program, funded by the Government of Canada under the Canada Service Corps program.
