Looking for young families to volunteer in our new program!

In the Spring of 2023 we will be launching a new program for newcomers to the Foothills County.  It will be a family literacy program delivered in both High River and Okotoks. Dates are still TBD as well as the time; but the sessions will be during the daytime.

We are looking for English speaking families with children 0-5 to join us as volunteers as newcomers learn traditional English songs and nursery rhymes!

We are hoping the class creates a fun, welcoming environment for newcomers to learn and feel connected to their new home.

Volunteer families will simply participate, we will have a facilitator for the sessions.

Looking for families who are local to the Okotoks and High River areas.
