Tutor Jr. High Students (Homework Clubs)
United for Literacy believes everyone has the right to literacy and education in a positive and safe environment that meets each learner's unique needs. In our Homework Club Program, you will tutor jr. high aged learners (ages 12-16) and provide academic support, mentorship and help to build the learners’ confidence. You may work one-on-one or in small groups to share strategies and tools to empower the learners. In addition to this, there will be opportunities to present on topics like test anxiety or managing screentime to the greater group.
