Reading with Elementary Students (Reading Circles)

1-3 hours / weekly

United for Literacy believes everyone has the right to literacy and education in a positive and safe environment that meets each learner's unique needs. 

In our Reading Circle Program, you will work with elementary-aged learners (ages 7-12) and create a fun environment that builds positive memories and experiences around learning and reading. 
You will work one-on-one and in small groups with learners to play games, do activities, read, write and build their confidence!

Locations and Times (All locations listed are Edmonton Public Library locations)

[In-Person] Millwoods location (South Side) - Tues 6:30-7:30 pm

[In-Person] Whitemud Crossing (South Central) - Wed 6:30-7:30 pm

[In-Person] Stanley A. Milner (Downtown) - Sat 4-5 pm

[In-Person] Lois Hole location (West End) - Sat 4:30-5:30 pm

[In-Person] Strathcona location (Whyte Ave) - Sun 3pm-4pm

[Online] Remote location - Tuesday 6:30-7:30 / Wed 6:30-7:30pm
