Activity Facilitator
As an Activity Facilitator, you will have the opportunity to use your leadership skills, infectious enthusiasm, and creativity to provide unique experiences for youth to participate in; activities that will help them be challenged - physically, mentally, emotionally, or socially. And have a whole lot of fun doing it! Youth will love to engage and grow in the experiences you will provide. Responsibilities: Plan 1 activity per drop-in OR facilitate a weekly interest-based activity in the drop-in (ex. art station, etc.). Activities should be approved by management. The purpose of the activities is to engage a wide variety of youth and get them to interact with the youth they might not usually talk to. Lead the activity during drop-in time with the other leadership team members' assistance. Incorporate feedback from youth for future activities. If necessary, arrive early to set up for the activity. Stay after the program to clean up and debrief with the rest of the leadership team.
Why should you volunteer for this opportunity?

Build confidence in public speaking and team coordination. 2. Networking & References Connect with like-minded individuals and CFDE staff.
