COVID-19 Support

Volunteers needed in Sherwood Park to support Blood Drives - weekdays

1-2 mobile drives per month
Half of all Canadians will either need blood or know someone who needs it. The need is constant. 

Volunteers play a critical role in the success of donation experience, they are monitoring post-donation reaction, restock and disinfect hospitality area, share and maintain knowledge on Canadian Blood Services. 

Canadian Blood Services has a process in place during the COVID-19 pandemic to keep our blood donation centres operational with several new safety precautions in place. 

Our blood drives in Sherwood Park are usually scheduled between 14:30 and 19:30. We are looking to train volunteers who can make a commitment for an extended period of time (at least 6+ months), 1-3 times a month, for Mon, Tue and Wed shifts.
