Description of Role: As the Content Director at Canada Confesses, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development, production, and distribution of engaging and impactful content across various platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the content team in creating compelling narratives in a timely manner that align with Canada Confesses' mission, tone, and values. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive content strategy that resonates with our project participants. Your position enhances Canada Confesses’ capacity for creating content that will be compelling and appropriate for our intended audience.

Initial training and orientation will be provided, as well as additional support and training to be developed as the program grows.
