You can learn more about us at canadaconfesses.ca Director of Marketing Department or Team: Ambassador Program Works With: Ambassador Lead & Board of Directors Description of Role: The Director of Marketing is responsible for promoting & posting our content on all of our platforms. They generate a monthly report that identifies trends, insights, and performance based on our analytics. They also create and maintain an online presence on various platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, & Reddit. They assist the Ambassador Lead with the CC Ambassador program. This position enhances Canada Confesses’ capacity for creating a positive impact and raising awareness of various issues in Canada. APPLY HERE - https://forms.gle/QLLNowPGurGVr3wB9 -- Primary Responsibilities: Promotes & posts our content on all of our platforms. Manages our social media pages to ensure optimal performance. Publishes and promotes designs, infographics, and promotional content. Reposts content and resources on social media that align with our values. Generates innovative marketing initiatives to encourage engagement and action. Collaborates with the Director of Outreach on promotional messages and initiatives. Interacts with followers on Social Media. Monitors & responds to messages and comments. Upholds CC’s values in our online social networking platforms. Assists the Ambassador Lead with the CC Ambassador program. Ensure they feel supported and confident in their role. Provide them with marketing insight & analytics. Secondary Responsibilities: Complete an onboarding/orientation program. Screen confessions. Attend monthly board of director meetings & socials. Provide ambassador & marketing insight into the creation of newsletters. Report any concerns or conflicts to the CC Team. Desired Experience: Experience with outreach and marketing. Previous experience managing a social media page or group. Training: Initial training and orientation will be provided, as well as additional support and training to be developed as the program grows. Time Commitment: 4-month commitment with room for more, if requested. Minimum of 2 hours per week. The schedule is flexible and accommodating.
