Lead Full Stack Developer

Role: you will lead a small team of developers, helping them in designing, tailoring, and developing web-based software applications according to our business needs.

Skills Required: 

•	BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field. 
•	Ideally 5+ years of experience in software development.
•	Completed or in the process of completing programming courses.
•	Believe in a continuous learning process and a collaborative work environment
•	Enjoy solving complex technical issues and like exploring new technologies
•      Experience in Azure DevOps is a wishlist dream, but not necessary
 

Time Commitment: Weekly; Hours Flexible; Virtual
Weekly Required: 1 hour to meet the Executive Director and at least 1 hour to meet with your team

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

•	Analyze user needs and design software for internal use.
•	Execute the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
•	Gather and evaluate user feedback to modify software for better usability.
•	Develop software in any one of eg. Java, Ruby on Rails, C++, JavaScript, Python, React, and/or other programming and scripting languages.
•	Lead and supervise a small team of Software Developers.
•	This project will be built in Django, experience or willingness to learn is desirable
