Do you enjoy smiling, even when wearing a mask? Do you find meeting new people and helping them find their way meaningful? Are you seeking a volunteer role that is engaging, inspiring and motivating? Are you 18 years of age or older? Then do we have the role for you!

WinSport is seeking volunteers to be on the front lines as we welcome guests back to use our facility for play and physical activity. The role includes greeting guests, ensuring they are wearing masks, using hand sanitizer and following facility guidelines, as well as answering questions and providing directional guidance. In addition, WinSport's Welcome Team is filled with volunteers who provide incredible support to our guests. As a guest walks through our facility doors they are approached by a Welcome Team volunteer who says, "hi, how are you today? How can I support you?" As guests leave, they are waved out with a "See you next time."

Volunteers are witness to the sport journey of our guests from first falls, to first podium steps. Whether guests are there for recreation, development or competition, volunteers see it all, standing with parents, coaches and community cheerleaders. As a Welcome Team volunteer, you will be part of the inspiration and memories of all the guests you meet, keeping the '88 Olympic legacy alive.
