Ideal for parents of school age children, college students and active retired persons
Additional Details & Skills Required
The initial training period can typically be done in a 4 hour shift and is a mix of training at a desk by reading and watching videos and having a one-on-one orientation of the store and till area. We realize that people pick up skills at different paces and that it takes several weeks before volunteers will be fully confident in working independently. There is plenty of support in the meantime from other volunteers and staff members.
