Teach to Grow Canada Foundation is a Registered Charity, whose mandate is to alleviate poverty and move families, children and individuals from poverty to being self sufficient. We are currently looking for an experienced Social Media Coordinator to join our organization and assist with our Social Media. Responsibilities: Website / Google Ads: • Create and manage digital marketing strategy across the organization’s organic, paid, and social media channels. Drive change, seek opportunities, and improve credibility. Redesign and maintain the charity's website. • Manage multiple Google Adwords campaigns to drive donations, manage Google Analytics to provide success measurement, insights and opportunities. Social Media / Facebook Ads: • Manage social media (Facebook/Twitter/YouTube), post highly relevant articles and organization’s updates. Track social reach, mentions, and competitive streams. • Create branded, shareable video files to post on social networks, and leverage organization’s coverage from news and media. • Create and manage Facebook Ads to drive donations through targeted audience reach. Optimize the ad campaigns to increase conversions, likes, and reach. Use Facebook Insights to gauge post effectiveness and gain an understanding of the non-profit’s audience.
