Walk Committee- Secretary Lead

Role:  The role of the Walk Committee Secretary is to provide support to the Chair and the committee with the following:
•	Take minutes at the meetings.
•	Assists the chair in ensuring the meetings run on time.
•	Build the agenda with assistance of the Chair & distributes to committee in advance of meetings.
•	Prepare the minutes & emails out to the committee within 2-3 days of the meeting.
•	Prepares any other additional committee emails and notes for the committee as needed.
•	Provides assistance & support with other admin related duties {i.e. typing up notes, sponsor letters and making phone calls when needed}.
•	Assist where needed as identified by the chair on the day of the Walk

January – May: Approximately 5 hours a month. We have monthly from January to March and bi-weekly meetings from April- Beginnings of May.
Day of Event (May 3,2020) : Approximately 9 hours
Meetings at Kids Help Phone’s office- 1550 5st SW. Call in optional.
Event: Eau Claire Plaza
