Walk Committee- Food and Beverage Lead

Role Description: The food & beverage lead is responsible for overseeing the logistics involved with organizing the food/drink for volunteers & participants. 

Key Responsibilities include:
-	Plan & Secure Volunteer Breakfast
-	Plan & Secure the lunch {participants & volunteers}
-	Establish water stations {pre/post walk}
-	Identify number of volunteers needed for your area {work with volunteer lead}
-	Responsible for organizing/training volunteers assigned to your area
-	Responsible for  over-seeing set-up/tear down of food areas
-	Will work closely with Route & Logistics Lead to determine various site logistics {i.e. where food/water stations are on the site map}

January – May: Approximately 5 hours a month. We have monthly from January to March and bi-weekly meetings from April- Beginnings of May.
Day of Event (May 3,2020) : Approximately 9 hours
Meetings at Kids Help Phone’s office- 1550 5st SW. Call in optional.
