Are you ready to lead a strategy that provides service, supports and tools to our community that will help organizations to advance their mission? IntegralOrg’s mission is to add value as an active participant of Alberta’s charitable and nonprofit sector by offering a proactive and supportive approach in foundational areas like governance, legal compliance, financial management, strategic planning, change management, and risk management. Our talented staff, volunteers, and contractors offer seminars, workshops, clinics and direct service agreements that help organizations to carry out their missions. The IntegralOrg board is recruiting up to two new directors. We are looking for individuals familiar with Alberta’s social good sector (either as volunteers or employees), and while we welcome a broad range of skills we are most interested in speaking to people who can support the board’s oversight and strategy responsibilities in the areas of impact measurement and evaluation, as well as charity/nonprofit financial management. We invite all individuals who are dedicated to the wellness of Alberta’s social good sector to apply, but in keeping with IntegralOrg’s province-wide mandate will prioritize applications from people who represent communities outside of the major urban centres of Calgary and Edmonton. If you would like help lead one of Alberta’s most innovative and relevant capacity builders, please email email@example.com with your CV. Prospects will be asked to complete IntegralOrg’s Board/Officer Profile & Competency Matrix. We are actively recruiting, so to ensure you are considered please introduce yourself as soon as you can. Ideally, our new directors will participate in our December 9, 2020 board meeting. Information on IntegralOrg can be found at www.integralorg.ca.
