Cooking Lead tasks include:
• Working in a courteous manner
• Demonstrating basic food preparation/cooking
• Ensuring food is prepared in a proper manner
• Keeping cooking areas clean and sanitized

Cooking Lead volunteers must (be):
• Enjoy cooking and kitchen-related tasks
• Creative and energetic in a kitchen environment
• Comfortable cooking affordable meals, ingredients should include frozen/canned foods
• Have accessible/affordable foods or have the ability to
obtain accessible/affordable foods
• Have access to necessary electronics capable of recording
and sending videos
• Organized and reliable 
• Self-starters, comfortable taking initiative
• Ability to multi-task
• Courteous and  personable

Orientation and training will be provided by Inn from the Cold’s Volunteer Resource and/or Kitchen Teams
Cooking Class volunteers report to the Coordinator, Volunteer Resources
