Manager, Web Development

As our Manager of Web Development, you will be responsible for leading our team of web developers and designers. This will include developing project plans, and having monthly meetings with your team. You will also have a monthly meeting with the President and other Managers. 

You should also have some experience in leading teams/projects or have a strong understanding of what it takes to lead a highly productive team. You should also have a strong desire to teach less experienced developers. Most importantly, you should have a strong desire to help build stronger, vibrant and more resilient communities.
Additional Details & Skills Required
This is a great position for someone who is already or trying to enter a leadership role in web development. This is also great for someone who has the desire to teach less experienced developers.
Certification or Education Required
●	Graduated or enrolled in a University degree or College diploma or certificate program
●	Have 3-5 years of experience in web development or product management
●	Concrete experience defining product roadmaps and building collaboratively with development team
●	Have some experience leading teams or a strong understanding of leading teams
●	Effective oral and written communication skills
●	Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
●	Ability to work independently and as part of a team
