Position Summary We are currently seeking a volunteer Product Manager to support our research search engine. The Manager will be responsible for supporting a team of 7 volunteers. The team has been tasked with collecting cities research, writing summaries of the research, editing the summaries, and sharing the research on our search engine. Your role is to effectively lead the execution of these tasks. Duties & Responsibilities As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the success of the team by solving problems that arise, improving upon processes that have been created, and recruiting new volunteers with the support of the People & Culture team. You will be responsible for hosting monthly meetings with your team and our Board Secretary to provide feedback. You should have an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work through ambiguity and a desire to continually learn and improve.
