Secretary - Ensuring Financial Capacity Comittee

The ensuring financial capacity committee (EFC) is committed to researching, developing and strategizing how ensure the financial capacity of the Great Divide Trail Association.	

The EFC Secretary has the important role of:
- Notifying committee members of meetings and supplies the agenda, previous meeting minutes, collects monthly reports, and backup materials
- Retaining accurate minutes of meetings, including motions and decisions
- Distributing timely copies of minutes to committee members

Certification or Education Required
Preferably this person has experience in non-profit or charitable work.
