Executive Assistant

Calgary, AB: in person, by telephone or by video-conferencing, Calgary, AB, T2H 0K2 [map]
3-10 hours / weekly
3-year term preferred (renewable)
The Executive Assistant is is in charge of streamlining communications and processes, and developing strategic administrative structures and plans. Under the direction of the Board, the Executive Assistant provides administrative assistance in a wide variety of administrative tasks. 

Applicants who reside full-time in Canada are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
Communications internally and externally with stakeholders*, producing reports and spreadsheets, scheduling meetings, taking notes at meetings, maintaining and managing the electronic filing systems and shared team drive, and other administrative tasks as assigned. 
*: Stakeholders are board directors, team members/volunteers, voting members, donors, sponsors and collaborators. 

Time Commitment: Scheduling is flexible for 3.5 to 7 hours weekly. Meetings are held by telephone, video-conferencing or in person. Email and Signal communications in between meetings are also used as needed with some teams. A three-year mandate is preferred (renewable).
