Buds in Bloom (https://budsinbloom.org/) is a registered charity since 2021 that provides small group, one-on-one and online programmes as a foundation for connection and wellness for families raising children with varying abilities (disabilities).

The Buds in Bloom Administration Committee helps to move forward operations for the 3 pro-grammes, with volunteers who provide the programmes, donors who provide support for sustain-ability, and members with lived expertise who ensure programming benefits families by bringing Relief, Hope, Empowerment and Togetherness.

One of the reasons for Buds in Bloom's success (as evidenced by parent testimonials and gov-ernment funding) is that we provide programmes that are co-created with families rather than traditional provider-created programmes.

The Administration Champion or Executive Assistant (EA) is responsible for administrative pro-cesses, structures and plans. Under the direction of the Board, the EA provides assistance using Google / gmail, Microsoft and other software.
