Media and Communications Manager

200 hours / weekly
6 months and ongoing
The media and communications manager prepares various documents intended for the media, press releases, articles, brochures and other written documents for information purposes, and obtains the required approvals from the Regional Director or the concerned program officers.
Duties
-Create the organizations communication plan and strategy
-Oversee social media and content creation interns.
-Write, edit, and distribute content, including publications, press releases, website content, annual reports, speeches, and other marketing material that communicates the organization's activities, products and/or services. 
-Respond to media inquiries, arrange interviews, and act as a spokesperson for the organization.
Certification or Education Required
Minimum education Diploma
