Our vision is to provide a home-like environment that offers a peaceful and supportive atmosphere for end-of-life care. In hospice, we treat the person rather than the disease and focuses on your quality of life, surrounding you with a team of professionals who help manage your pain and symptoms as well as your emotional and spiritual wellbeing. See our photo tour at https://www.agecare.ca/community/agecare-skypointe/hospice-care/#tour
