Have you given any thought to a Virtual Volunteer role given all the changes during the Pandemic? Looking for a stay at home way to contribute to your community and connect with like minded colleagues? We welcome you to join the first volunteer group to support residents at AgeCare Skypointe, Calgary's new 15-bed Hospice. SkyPointe Hospice is an unique community that offers high quality, compassionate, person-centered care in a culturally rich and diverse community. Our vision is to provide a home-like environment that offers a peaceful and supportive atmosphere for end-of-life care. In hospice, we treat the person rather than the disease and focuses on your quality of life, surrounding you with a team of professionals who help manage your pain and symptoms as well as your emotional and spiritual wellbeing. For a photo tour please visit https://www.agecare.ca/community/agecare-skypointe/hospice-care/#tour No volunteer application is needed and any age can participate in this virtual volunteer experience.
