We are seeking Social Media Coordinators to join our Marketing & Communications team. This person will work to expand awareness of ARK, helping us to further our mission of meaningfully assisting children with disabilities. The Social Media Coordinators will be responsible for ensuring ARK’s online presence is active, current and relevant to ARK’s mission The ideal candidate will have strong social media skills and an active presence themselves online. Duties and Responsibilities: • As part of the team, work to grow ARK’s social media presence and awareness • Design and create posts in a timely manner when needed. • Research other pertinent information of interest to ARK’s followers and in keeping with ARK’s mission Requirements: • Strong social media skills with Facebook, Instagram and Twitter • Ensure quality, consistency, and cohesiveness across all digital content and communications (i.e. aligned mission, brand positioning in a consistent style and voice.) • Keen understanding of what captures the human heart, and why that is the most important aspect of executing ARK’s mission • Please provide links to managed social media accounts • Previous experience with Later, Hootsuite or similar social media management platforms would be an asset.
