(STEM) programming is open to all students with the mission to deliver top-notch STEM literacy and application. The SMAC will specialize in an advanced bar-none. STEM-based educational curriculum that emphasizes the interconnected subject areas of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) Do you want to be part of a dynamic international STEM Canada YouTube production team? Are you passionate about creating compelling video content and eager to gain hands-on experience in the world of digital media? We invite you to showcase your skills and make an impact by volunteering for 4 months on our exciting new STEM Canada YouTube channel project. As a valued member of our team, you’ll collaborate with talented professionals, contribute to innovative content, and build a portfolio that stands out in the industry. Join us and turn your creativity into captivating stories that will reach audiences around the globe! Responsibilities: • Operate various camera equipment (DSLR, camcorders, etc.) to capture video footage according to script and shot list. • Set up and maintain camera equipment, lighting, and sound equipment. • Collaborate with the director to achieve desired camera shots and angles. • Ensure proper camera focus, exposure, and white balance. • Troubleshoot technical issues with camera equipment and lighting. • Assist in video production logistics and equipment transportation. Qualifications: • Experience in operating cameras and video production equipment. • Strong understanding of camera settings and techniques. • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. • Ability to lift and carry camera equipment. • Basic knowledge of lighting and sound equipment (preferred).
