Volunteer - Pharmacology Teaching Assistant

STEM Canada is a registered not-for-profit global program specializing in an 
advanced, STEM-based educational curriculum emphasizing the interconnected 
subject areas of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). The STEM 
program is open to all students from preschool to high school with the mission 
to deliver top-notch STEM literacy and application designed to teach students in the STEM fields, yielding globally competitive results.

Position Overview:

•	Support for Teaching: To assist college students with pharmacology topics which 
        include drug classifications, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics, preserve 
        digital office hours.
•      Encourage conversations about fundamental pharmacology ideas, including damaging 
        drug reactions and pharmacology's characteristics in medical care.
•      Help with the improvement and transport of studying modules and direction shows.
•	Simulations and Virtual Labs: Plan and assist with digital pharmacology simulations, like 
        case-based hassle-solving exercises or models of drug interactions.
•      Assist in the analysis of case studies that middle on the introduction of treatments and 
       clinical drug utility.
•      Feedback and Grading: Examine homework, checks, and quizzes to gauge college 
        students' comprehension of pharmacological principles.
•      Give thorough remarks to inspire expertise and development.
•	Resource Development: Create extra educational sources for important 
        pharmaceutical ideas, consisting of flowcharts, illustrations, and reference manuals.
•      Oversee and preserve a resource library comprising scientific tips and academic 
        guides.
•	Participation of Students: Lead conversations about pharmacology's realistic use in 
        areas such as drug protection, personalized remedies, and new healing traits.
•     Students should be encouraged to relate their academic knowledge to actual 
       international healthcare packages.

Qualifications:

•	A bachelor's diploma in pharmacy, pharmacology, or a similar field is required; 
        graduate college students are desired.
•	Robust expertise of pharmacology subjects, along with facet outcomes, healing 
        packages, and pharmacological mechanisms.
•	It enables to have some earlier familiarity with pharmacological gear or simulations.
•	Extremely good interpersonal and communique abilties.
•	It is fantastic to have preceding teaching or tutoring experience.
•	Excellent multitasking competencies and strong organizing abilties.
