Community Partnership Manager

STEM Canada is a registered not-for-profit global program that specializes in an advanced, bar-none STEM-based educational curriculum that emphasizes the interconnected subject areas of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). The STEM program is open to all students from preschool to high school with the mission to deliver top-notch STEM literacy and application, designed to teach students in the STEM fields, yielding globally competitive results.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and maintain  partnerships with educational institutions, industry leaders, non-profits, and community organizations.
Act as a liaison between STEM Canada and the  community, fostering relationships that promote STEM education and  awareness.
Collaborate with program coordinators to integrate  partner resources and opportunities into STEM Canada’s offerings.
Assist in organizing events that bring together partners, volunteers, and the community to celebrate and advance STEM initiatives.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of partnership activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
Proven track record in partnership development or community engagement, preferably within the education or non-profit sector.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the skill to engage and inspire a diverse range of stakeholders.
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to see the bigger picture and align partnerships with organizational goals.
Ability to lead initiatives, coordinate with teams, and manage projects with a high degree of autonomy.
Knowledge of and passion for STEM education and its importance in the community.
Comfortable with digital tools for communication, collaboration, and data management.
